I do hereby declare and warrant that I, the copyright owner of the photos, hereby grant a nonexclusive personal use license to reproduce these photos for personal use only, and I represent that I have a legal right to grant such a license. This limited release does not expire. Copyright of the photos is retained by GreatDanePhotos and all other rights are reserved.
No commercial, for-profit, or non-profit use is allowed, including rights of sale, nor is permission granted for contest entry, calendar printing, or commercial or news publishing, including, but not limited to, websites, books, magazines, newsletters, newspapers, calendars, and brochures.
Permission for publication may be obtained by purchasing an editorial use license or commercial use license. Additional licensing fees will apply.
Credit and copyright must be clearly noted for each use of the photo. If you have any questions regarding copyright and the use of photographs taken by GreatDanePhotos, please contact Amy at amy@greatdanephotos.com.
PRINTING OF THE DIGITAL IMAGES
It is most important to choose a photo lab that offers high-quality paper and inks to ensure your prints last a long time. Once you select a lab, you may need to provide proof of copyright release before the lab will actually print the images. Bring along a copy of this document so that the lab can keep it on file for future printing you may have done.
You may print any size you wish. However, depending on the size image you choose to print, the crop aspect ratio may result in the loss of a small portion of the image. You may also experience a loss of image quality if you crop too much of the image and/or attempt too large of a print.
In general, the images should show no loss of quality when printed at 8x10 with no cropping. You may also experience a loss of image quality if you display the image any larger than the equivalent of 8”x10” on a computer monitor.
ACCEPTABLE USE OF DIGITAL IMAGES

For clarification, here are a few ways you MAY use the digital images:
• You MAY print as many images as you wish for your own personal use;
• You MAY post the images online via a blog, forum, or other website of a personal nature as long as photo credit is clearly noted;
• You MAY post the images on a website for your own dog-related business (i.e., dog training, breeding, grooming, etc.) as long as photo credit is clearly noted for each photo;
• You MAY share the printed or digital images with your family and friends via social media sites such as Facebook, as long as the watermark is clearly visible or photo credit is clearly noted.
Here are ways you may NOT use the digital image:
• You may NOT resell or give the images to anyone or any business or any non-profit, including, but not limited to, stock photo websites, calendar printing companies, breed clubs, book publishers;
• You may NOT use the images for any business or other use, other than those stated above, including, but not limited to, publication in calendars, books, magazines, newsletters, newspapers, and brochures;
• You may NOT redistribute the images for any purpose, whether for profit or not, except as noted above.
